[BeParke] MugiBIKE XL Parke - CIC

 

REGISTRATION

 

The purpose of this form is to be eligible for reimbursement by Parke of the cost of the MugiBIKE XL service, subject to compliance with the established conditions.

To use the service, you must also register in the MugiBIKE XL app, owned by Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Register as a user in the MugiBIKE XL initiative app. You will be placed on the waiting list to access a bicycle.
  2. Once the availability of a bicycle has been confirmed, you must inform us at cs.araba@parke.eus so that we can register your reimbursement request. Requests will be processed in order of registration, as places are limited.
  3. Once the fee has been paid, you may use the bicycle for personal purposes.
  4. At the end of the rental period, provided you have met the requirement of at least 8 journeys per month between Vitoria-Gasteiz and Parke, we will reimburse the cost of the service.
  5. For this purpose, by completing this registration, you authorise the company managing the initiative to confirm to Parke whether you have met the aforementioned requirement, as the bicycles are geolocated.

The data will be retained for as long as the “MugiBIKE XL Parke” initiative remains active and, in any event, in accordance with the applicable legal retention periods.
